How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit us in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.

Do I need to book online if I have my own skates?

There is no need to purchase a Q Jump ticket if you have your own skates. Simply join the relevant Que on your arrival. Your skates will need to be safety inspected by our staff to ensure they will not damage the venues facilities.

What if my skates do not meet the requirements?

You will need to hire skates

What do we need to bring?

We recommend that you bring some water with you as skating can be thirsty work. We also make it compulsory that Socks are worn with our hire skates.

Do you supply skate pads?

Yes- we recommend that anyone skating wears the safety equipment provided. If you choose not to wear the safety equipment then you will be skating at your own risk and Razza Roller Disco Ltd will not be liable for any injuries.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

I don’t have a printer…

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and bring it with you.  ID must be shown along with your booking reference if you do not have a printed version of your ticket.

Is there wheelchair access?

Most of the venues we use do have wheelchair access, however we do recommend that you check with the specific venue prior to your arrival

Can I purchase a ticket on the day.

Yes – you will need to join the Que. Please note that  our venues are popular and we only have a limited number of hire skates available.

What time do you start hiring skates?

We endeavour to start entry of our Customers 30 minutes prior to the start of the Roller Disco.
